NOTICE OF IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF BOARD APPOINTMENT
TO: Fred Everett Zillinger
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 13, 2026
You are hereby notified that your appointment to the Board of Directors of the Theron International Foundation (TIF), as well as any associated advisory or representative roles within TIF and its affiliated OEM entities, is terminated immediately, with prejudice. This action is a direct result of your admitted failure to uphold the fiduciary duties and loyalty requirements owed to this Foundation. Your stated intent to prioritize external financial interests over the Foundation’s sovereign mission, coupled with your continued coordination with individuals previously removed for serious security breaches and foreign entanglements, constitutes a fundamental conflict of interest and a violation of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement dated [SEE SCREENSHOTS BELOW].
Your actions have created an unacceptable risk to the security, integrity, and intellectual property of TIF and its subsidiaries. Effective immediately, your access to all proprietary information, internal communications, and board-level documentation is revoked. You are reminded that the confidentiality obligations set forth in your signed NDA remain in full force and effect in perpetuity. Any further attempt to represent the interests of TIF or communicate on its behalf will be met with immediate legal action. Further proof of your signature on National Security Documentation and proof will be forwarded to the United States Congress, where you work as a supposed “lobbyist.” They will be forwarded to the relevant Authority Having Jurisdiction. This termination is final and not subject to appeal.
