Pursuant to the Omnibus Executive Departments Activation Act of 2026, the Department of Grid Infrastructure & Electricity (DGIE) has formally executed a Master Corporate Procurement Agreement with THERON ENERGY and WHEELS 4 VETERANS as the exclusive Strategic Infrastructure Providers.

Under this sovereign directive, the designated corporate entity is authorized to transmit, control, and tactically fortify independent micro-grids. All operations are structured to isolate localized distribution loops, utilize advanced transmission hardening, and permanently protect electrical infrastructure from electromagnetic interference (EMP), physical incursions, or cyber-attacks across the American Fortress.
