DONATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting a donation to the Theron International Foundation (hereinafter “TIF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Donor”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Donation Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit a donation.
2. ABOUT THE THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION
The Theron International Foundation is a structured faith-based organization operating under Section 508(c)(1)(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as a Free Church and religious organization. TIF operates under its sovereign mandate: “From Unity Comes Strength — Energy is Survival, Water is Life, and Food is Security. TIF’s mandate is to secure FEW to save America — USA for GOD.”
TIF is not a 501(c)(3) public charity. Donors are solely responsible for determining the tax deductibility of any gift under applicable federal, state, and local law. TIF strongly encourages all Donors to consult a qualified tax advisor prior to making a donation.
3. NATURE OF DONATIONS
All donations submitted through this website are voluntary gifts made directly to the Theron International Foundation in support of its faith-based mission and Covenant Projects. Donations are not purchases, and no goods or services are provided to the Donor in exchange for any contribution. Donors receive no ownership, equity, profit interest, or financial return of any kind.
4. COVENANT PROJECTS — DESIGNATED GIVING DISCLOSURE
TIF currently administers faith-based oversight of the following Covenant Projects. Donors may designate their gift toward a specific Covenant Project. The following disclosures apply to each:
a) Wheels 4 Veterans: National Industrial Directive Donations designated to Wheels 4 Veterans support TIF’s faith-based mission to mobilize veteran communities through industrial reclamation, the establishment of TERRA Bases, and the restoration of American technical sovereignty. Funds support TIF’s administrative and operational mission related to this directive.
b) Yellowstone Gold University (YGU) Yellowstone Gold University is an independently operated educational institution. TIF holds no equity, ownership, or financial interest in YGU. YGU operates under a Faith Covenant of administrative oversight by TIF. Donations designated to YGU support TIF’s faith-based administrative mission in connection with this project and are not direct transfers of funds to YGU as an independent entity.
c) Theron Equestrian Connection (TEC) Theron Equestrian Connection is an independently operated Conservation and Equestrian Sanctuary. TIF holds no equity, ownership, or financial interest in TEC. TEC operates under a Faith Covenant of administrative oversight by TIF. Donations designated to TEC support TIF’s faith-based administrative mission in connection with this project and are not direct transfers of funds to TEC as an independent entity.
d) Caesarea Yellowstone Summit Caesarea Yellowstone Summit is an independently incorporated Wyoming C-Corporation administering a Land Trust. TIF holds no equity, ownership, or financial interest in Caesarea Yellowstone Summit. It operates under a Faith Covenant of administrative oversight by TIF. Donations designated to Caesarea Yellowstone Summit support TIF’s faith-based administrative mission in connection with this project and are not direct transfers of funds to Caesarea Yellowstone Summit as an independent entity.
Discretionary Authority: While TIF respects Donor designations and will make good-faith efforts to apply funds toward the designated Covenant Project, TIF retains ultimate discretionary authority over the allocation of all donated funds in furtherance of its faith-based mission and organizational mandate.
5. NO GOODS OR SERVICES
No goods or services were provided, promised, or exchanged in consideration of any donation made to TIF. All gifts are purely voluntary and charitable in nature.
6. TAX ACKNOWLEDGMENT & DISCLAIMER
The Theron International Foundation is a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization. Contributions to TIF may or may not be tax-deductible depending on the Donor’s individual tax situation and applicable law. TIF does not provide tax advice. Each Donor is solely responsible for determining the deductibility of their contribution. Upon request, TIF will provide written acknowledgment of donations received, including the amount and a statement that no goods or services were provided in exchange.
7. REFUND POLICY
All donations are final and non-refundable. In cases of documented processing error or unauthorized transaction, Donors may contact TIF within 30 days of the transaction at the contact information provided below. TIF will review such requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
8. PAYMENT PROCESSING & SECURITY
TIF processes donations through third-party payment processors (including Stripe). All payment transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards. TIF does not store credit card or banking information on its servers. By donating, you agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of the payment processor used.
9. RECURRING DONATIONS
If you elect to make a recurring donation, you authorize TIF and its payment processor to charge your payment method on the selected recurring schedule until you cancel. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting TIF in writing. Cancellations take effect within 5–10 business days of receipt of notice. Charges already processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
10. DONOR PRIVACY
TIF respects your privacy. Information collected during the donation process — including your name, contact information, and donation amount — will be used solely for donation processing, receipt issuance, and TIF communications. TIF does not sell, trade, or share Donor information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to process your transaction through our payment processors. 11. OFFLINE DONATIONS
TIF also accepts offline donations by mail or in person. Checks should be made payable to: Theron International Foundation. All offline donations are subject to these same Terms and Conditions. Donors making offline contributions of $250 or more will receive written acknowledgment upon request.
12. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
By donating, Donor represents and warrants that: (a) the donation is made from lawfully obtained funds; (b) the donation does not violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws; and (c) the Donor is of legal age and authority to make the contribution.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIF, its founders, officers, directors, agents, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any donation or use of TIF’s website or donation platform.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Wyoming.
15. AMENDMENTS
TIF reserves the right to amend these Donation Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued donations following any amendment constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
