By mandate and by law, the Theron International Foundation operates as a 508(c)(1)(a) Ecclesiastical Trust. This status provides the sovereign legal framework necessary to protect our independent technological baselines and ensure that our critical infrastructure deployments—Energy, Water, and Food—remain unencumbered by legacy bureaucratic stagnation. We answer to a higher law to serve the American people.
THE JUPITER COMMAND CENTER
From our Strategic Headquarters in Jupiter, Florida, the Foundation oversees our central operations. This is the “brain” of the National Genesis Mission, where the technical schematics for independent permanent magnetic power baselines and advanced atmospheric water extraction arrays are transformed from blueprints into kinetic reality.

- International Humanitarian Law (Laws of War),
- Comprehensive Treaties (Maritime Focus but Interconnected),
- Legal Doctrines,
- United States Environmental Laws (NEPA, “National Environmental Policy Act” and Endangered Species Act, “ESA”),
- Space Law Frameworks, and
- GOD’s LAW above all.
THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION exists because of MY NAME, Cornelius Basson THERON, as well as the engineering, technologies, and inventions that I have worked on throughout my entire life. This encompasses all patents and trademarks filed in South Africa, Europe, Great Britain, and the United States (USPTO), as well as any World Wide Patents and Trademarks and/or Intellectual Property (IP) from ME.
THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION operates as a 508(c)(1)(A) ECCLESIASTICAL TRUST, a specific type of religious entity recognized under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Unlike standard nonprofits, these organizations are automatically tax-exempt and are not required to file for recognition from the IRS or submit annual information returns like Form 990.
