THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION is a “508 ecclesiastical trust” BY LAW, founded on July 04, 1965. These laws cover:
- International Environmental & “Earth” Laws,
- International Humanitarian Law (Laws of War),
- Comprehensive Treaties (Sea-Focus but Interconnected),
- Legal Doctrines,
- United States Environmental Laws (NEPA, “National Environmental Policy Act” and Endangered Species Act, “ESA”),
- Space Law #UNOOSA, and
- GOD’s LAW above all.
THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION exist because of MY NAME, Cornelius Basson THERON, as well as the engineering, technologies, and inventions that I have worked on throughout my entire life. This encompasses all patents and trademarks filed in South Africa, Europe, Great Britain, and the United States (USPTO), as well as any World Wide Patents and Trademarks and/or Intellectual Property (IP) from ME.
THERON TECHNOLOGIES operates as a 508(c)(1)(A) ECCLESIASTICAL TRUST, a specific type of religious entity recognized under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Unlike standard nonprofits, these organizations are automatically tax-exempt and are not required to file for recognition from the IRS or submit annual information returns like Form 990.

The Spark: Founded in 1965 by Cornelius Basson Theron as the cornerstone of his legacy, the Theron International Foundation was built on a singular conviction: People are the ultimate asset. We use our deep recruitment expertise to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, ensuring that everyone—regardless of their physical ability or background—has a seat at the table of progress.
