The Legislative Branch: Preparation, Enactment & Codified Statutes

The Legislative Branch of the Theron International Foundation is the formal governing body responsible for the preparation, deliberation, and permanent ratification of the core laws that govern the Foundation’s global ecosystem.

• The Codification of Law: In exact alignment with the constitutional architecture of the United States, this branch is where strategic concepts are rigorously refined, voted upon, and transformed into binding, non-negotiable statutes. No framework becomes permanent until it is formally processed through this branch.

• The CAN-I Authority: The Legislative Branch holds the sole authority to establish the overarching legal perimeters (such as the CAN-I National, International, Political, and Religious Alignments). These acts serve as the unyielding legal bedrock that the Executive Branch is mandated to enforce.

• Sovereign Oversight & Security: This division establishes the permanent statutory boundaries required to shield the Foundation’s assets from globalist overreach, foreign actors, or bureaucratic intermediation, ensuring all legislation permanently safeguards the American homeland and our faith-based mission under God.
