The Theron International Foundation operates under an absolute, non-negotiable mandate regarding its national alignment, anchored by the following core legislative pillars:
America First and Always: TIF’s primary, unyielding allegiance is to the sovereignty, security, and advancement of the United States of America. Every initiative, deployment of technology, and strategic partnership must directly serve and protect the American nation, its foundational principles, and its people under God.
Strategic Alliance Integration: TIF aligns exclusively with recognized American allies. However, this alignment is strictly conditional: any ally that violates established treaties, bilateral agreements, or compromises American national security interests immediately forfeits bilateral cooperation.
Conditional NATO Alignment: Alignment with NATO exists solely to the extent that the alliance serves, respects, and actively secures American interests. If NATO objectives diverge from or compromise American strategic sovereignty, TIF explicitly rejects that alignment—American security will never be subordinated to international bodies.
Absolute Zero-Tolerance Thresholds: TIF maintains an uncompromising stance against destructive global ideologies. There will be zero negotiation, concession, or acceptance of:
Terrorism: In any form, state-sponsored or factional.
Communism: Or any totalitarian socio-economic system that erodes individual liberty and sovereignty.
Religious Radicalism: Any extremist movement seeking to subvert constitutional liberties or destabilize peace.
Racism: Any ideology that divides humanity based on race, contrary to the foundational truth that all are created equal under God.

The Shining Light Directive: Rooted in the foundational journey of our leadership as a first-generation immigrant born on the 4th of July, TIF recognizes the United States as the ultimate guardian of liberty. TIF’s international mission is to export the “shining light on the hill”—demonstrating to the world how robust, sovereign infrastructure can secure and elevate human life from American shores.
WEHFELS Global Stabilization: International expansion and project deployments are strictly engineered around the seven core pillars of human survival and societal stability: Water, Energy, Health, Food, Electricity, Logistics, and Security. TIF engages internationally to rebuild, secure, and future-proof these vital sectors for humanity’s advancement.

The Theron International Foundation bypasses sectarian divisions to anchor its absolute, unyielding allegiance directly to GOD. Recognizing that religious fractionalization has historically driven global conflict, TIF operates under a higher, unified spiritual mandate to restore foundational truths from American shores.
First Allegiance to the Creator: TIF is fundamentally a faith-based entity whose primary loyalty is to God, not to individual ecclesiastical bureaucracies. We stand for the active realignment of the United States of America to God, rooted in the foundational moral code of the original 13 Commandments—restoring the spiritual baseline that built the nation.
The Legacy of Cornelius (Acts 10): True to the biblical legacy of the centurion Cornelius and the breaking of barriers with Peter, TIF’s mission stands at the inception point of true spiritual unity. We ask the ultimate question to the global community: “Can’t we all just get along?” Our focus is on the raw, unfiltered truth of faith and execution, bypassing the theological gatekeeping that divides humanity.
The Caesarea Mandate & Universal Dialogue: While our personal roots are deep, we maintain the freedom to worship across diverse congregations—from the Dutch Reformed tradition to the Episcopal Church by the Sea, alongside Catholic and Jewish communities. We recognize that while shared missions exist across faiths, absolute operational vigilance remains paramount to guard against any radicalism or hostility that seeks to undermine the faithful.
The Forum of International Influence (FII): In the spirit of true diplomacy and spiritual statecraft, TIF is building CAESAREA in Wyoming. To counter centralized globalist assemblies, Caesarea will host a sovereign Forum of International Influence (FII)—our own spiritual and industrial “Davos.” To foster historic alignment, an open invitation is extended to the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) to occupy seats of influence on the 12-member Board of International Influence in todays CAESAREA, ensuring a critical voice in balancing global infrastructure and faith.
Legislative Enactment & Ratification (CAN-I)
Enacted into foundational law on this dayof June 01, 2026. Having been reviewed, voted upon, and formally passed under the supreme legislative authority of the Theron International Foundation, these four pillars—National, International, Political, and Religious Alignments—are hereby signed, sealed, and permanently ratified into the sovereign legislation of this body.
In witness whereof, the Central Command and Control executes this decree from American shores, establishing these protocols as non-negotiable statutes for all global operations, enterprises, and boards under the auspices of the Foundation.
