Official Board Seat Activation: Theron OEM Entities
The Theron International Foundation officially announces the activation of compensated Board of Director seats across our three primary OEM commercial entities. We are actively seeking visionary, uncompromising leaders to guide the strategic deployment and manufacturing scaling of our critical infrastructure technologies.
These are active, paid governance positions requiring expertise in industrial scaling, strategic leasing, and foundation oversight.
Theron Energy (TE): Directing the future of decentralized, sustainable power, including the commercialization and rollout of our ATMAG GENSET permanent magnetic energy systems.
Theron H2O (TH2O): Securing foundational water resources through advanced atmospheric water generation and large-scale commercial RO systems.
Theron Horticulture (THOR): Innovating scientific agriculture and terra-transforming technologies to guarantee long-term, resilient food security.
Selected board members will be instrumental in overseeing our upcoming manufacturing expansions and establishing our operational footprint. All prospective board members must execute a strict Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) before accessing foundational contracts or proprietary engineering documentation.
Theron International Foundation Mandates Strict “America First” Policy for Critical Infrastructure Board Appointments
ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL — The Theron International Foundation (TIF) has officially issued an exclusive, “America First, America Only” directive for all upcoming Board of Director appointments across its Water, Energy, and Food (WEF) commercial manufacturing sectors.
In a decisive move to protect United States national security and domestic supply chains, TIF is restricting governance invitations strictly to leaders who share an uncompromising commitment to American sovereignty and domestic manufacturing. These strategic, compensated board seats will directly oversee the commercial rollout of decentralized critical infrastructure technologies designed to secure the nation’s future.
“Our mandate to safeguard the WEF triad is fundamentally a mission to safeguard the United States,” the Foundation stated. “Therefore, the governance and deployment of our foundational OEM technologies must remain entirely free from foreign influence, globalist agendas, or compromised interests. This is an America First initiative, without exception.”
This restrictive covenant and geographic mandate apply directly to the top-tier governance of TIF’s three primary Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs):
Theron Energy: Spearheading absolute, off-grid power independence through the mass commercialization and U.S. manufacturing of permanent magnetic energy systems, including the proprietary ATMAG GENSET line.
Theron H2O: Guaranteeing drought-proof domestic water security via industrial-scale atmospheric water generation and advanced commercial reverse osmosis (RO) purification systems.
Theron Horticulture: Ensuring resilient, long-term national food security through scientific agriculture and advanced terra-transforming technologies.
Candidates seeking a seat on these active boards must be U.S. citizens dedicated to prioritizing U.S. labor, localized OEM manufacturing expansion, and the absolute protection of TIF intellectual property. An exhaustive vetting process and the execution of a comprehensive Board Member Agreement & Restrictive Covenant are mandatory prior to accessing any foundational contracts or proprietary engineering data.
